Bespoke is: our specialised team plans the whole home with you, from professionally organised wardrobes to artwork and home stocking. From one day to a week, we’ll unpack and perfect your home.

When does the unpacking happen?

Basic runs the day after your move, from 9 to 5, the boxes go in one day and disappear the next. On Bespoke we work to the plan you agree with our specialised team, and we stay past 5 or come back the next day if that’s what it takes to finish.

Do you unpack everything?

On Basic we unpack selected boxes and organise the key rooms from 9 to 5, kitchen set up, beds made, living areas styled. On Bespoke, everything means everything: unpacking of all boxes, wardrobes, artwork, the wine cellar, right down to individual requests.

What happens to the empty boxes?

We take them away. Boxes and packing materials are collected as soon as possible after the unpack and recycled, you settle into a home, not a maze of cardboard.
