We assess what you’re storing, by WhatsApp video or in person, and tell you how many containers you need and give you a fixed price, frozen from day one.

We collect
Our crew brings the containers to your property, loads them on site and seals them, no double-handling where we can help it.

Safe in store
Your sealed container is held at our alarmed, gated Liverpool warehouse, with our own team on-site every working day.

Delivered back, when you’re ready
Short stay or long, give us the word and we’ll deliver everything back to your new address, collection and return are part of the service.

How much does storage cost?

It depends on how much you’re storing and for how long. We survey first, by WhatsApp video or in person, and give you a fixed price with your rate frozen for the whole stay, so there are no surprises later.

Is my stuff actually secure?

Yes. Storage is at our own Liverpool warehouse, containerised, alarmed and inside a gated business estate, with our own offices on-site, so there’s a Dolphin team around every working day. All our storage facilities within the UK are secure.

What does the price-freeze guarantee mean?

Simply that the rate you start at is the rate you pay, for as long as you’re in store. No annual increases and no introductory rate that climbs later.

What does MoveProtect cover?

Your belongings are covered as standard while in store, up to a set per-container limit. If you’re storing high-value items you can ask us to increase the cover when you book, we’ll confirm everything in writing first.

Can I store between completion dates?

Yes, it’s one of the most common reasons people store with us. When a chain slips or your completion dates don’t line up, we’ll collect your things and keep them safe until you’re ready to move into the new place.

Can I access my storage?

Yes, with 48 working hours' notice we make your containers available. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 until 16:00.
