Overseas moves rarely line up neatly. If there’s a gap between leaving and shipping, or things you’re not taking abroad, our alarmed, gated Liverpool storage holds them safely, with the price frozen for your whole stay. For part-load services, we offer free SIT (storage in transit) prior to loading your consignment on the next available vessel.

Do your own trucks drive my belongings abroad?
Not the whole way. Our own uniformed crew packs and collects your belongings and drives the UK legs; the overseas journey then travels by sea, air or road freight with our trusted international partners, and our destination agents handle delivery and customs at the other end. Our team stays responsible from survey to handover.

Which countries do you move to?
Most often Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the Far East, the Middle East, Europe and the USA, but we can arrange moves to most destinations worldwide. Tell us where you are heading and we will quote it.

How much does an international move cost?
It depends on the volume you’re shipping, the destination, and whether you go by sea, air or road. That’s why we survey by video first and give you a fixed price, covering packing, freight and delivery, with no hidden extras.

How long will my shipment take to arrive?
Ocean freight is the most common route and timescales vary widely by destination. We’ll give you a realistic estimate at quote stage and keep you updated as your shipment moves.

Is my move protected while it’s at sea?
Yes. International shipments are covered by All Risk Marine transit insurance, designed for goods travelling by sea, air or road. We’ll talk you through what’s covered and how to value your belongings at survey.

What about customs and paperwork?
We prepare a full itemised inventory as part of your export pack, and our destination partners handle customs clearance at the other end, so the paperwork is sorted before your consignment arrives.
